Among the dead are three children
A Russian missile attack in Ukraine has killed at least 22 people, including three children, and injured 100 others.
Ukrainian authorities say Russian missiles hit the city of Vanetsia, southwest of Durkiev, from the eastern front line, far from the battlefield in Donbass.
The missiles also damaged residential buildings, with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky calling the attack an open act of terrorism.
The Ukrainian presidency says the attack was carried out by a cruise missile fired from a submarine in the Black Sea. However, the Russian Defense Ministry has not yet commented on the attack.
